Hi folks, I'm back to share the third card in the "Happy Birthday Script/Altenew Washi Tape" Trilogy and fingers crossed that there is no repeat of yesterday's Mr Blogger editing tantrums.
I fixed two torn strips of the gorgeous Altenew Watercolor Strokes Washi Tape to the front of a 4" x 7" card blank. I die cut the balloons and strings from white card using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Crazy Things Framelits and coloured with Crushed Olive, Broken China and Worn Lipstick Distress Inks and woohoo they turned out to be the perfect colour match.
I fixed the balloons in place with 3D foam, doodled the strings with a Sharpie Black Fine Line pen instead of using the strings and highlighted the balloons with a Sakura White Jelly Roll Pen..
I die cut 3 layers of the Happy Birthday Script from white card and finished off by adding#Simon Says Stamp Pale Pink sequins and doodling around the edge of the card.
The weather forecast for today is not looking promisingso it may be the perfect day to continue with the "Tunnel Book" floral die-cutting marathon.
